In Uganda if you want to marry a lady after everyone is seated they will ask your elder sister to go and have a test of the person who wants to get married to her younger sister to see how the man does in bed and to still confirm it the person manhood is working perfectly before he will be allowed to do the marital right. Not only did they skin their prisoners of war alive, but they also took strides to make their victims' deaths as painful as possible.
