The famous dinosaur track site at Cal Orck’o, Bolivia

, is one of the most spectacular locations of its kind in the world. 🦕🦖
This massive wall stretches for a mile and stands over 100 meters high, with a steep inclination of 72 degrees—a testament to the immense power of geological forces (rest assured, the dinosaurs did not scale the wall like Spider-Man).
The site features more than 5,000 individual footprints and 462 tracks, made by at least eight different species that roamed the area around 68 million years ago. Among these tracks is one that extends over 300 meters in length!

Photographs of this incredible site have been captured by Jerry Daykin, Ramon Kristian Arellano, Pete Oxford, and Carsten Drossel.
