, women were seen and honored as higher and holier than a man.
The woman is the mother of all, giving life and teaching.
The ancients believed that when a man achieves a great deal of knowledge, spirituality and power, he would be allowed to wear a long hair wig to symbolize that he had reached a certain level equal to a woman.
As the two come together she holds her man, giving him strength and protection.
There is a saying that continues to float today: Behind every successful man there is a strong woman.

In Uganda their way of life is different and their ethics of marriage is not comparable as to other culture. In Uganda if you want to marry a lady after everyone is seated they will ask your elder sister to go and have a test of the person who wants to get married to her younger sister to see how the man does in bed and to still confirm it the person manhood is working perfectly before he will be allowed to do the marital right. My culture has started another thing which am yet to define.  I witness a tradition marriage ceremony were everyone is seated all the items bought by the mother in-law was brought out including bed and they supposed husband and wife was ask to go and sleep on it together in public 🙄. After 37 years of marriage. Jake dumped his wife for his Young secretary. His new girlfriend demanded that they live in Jake and Edith's multi-million dollar home and since the man's lawyers were a little better he prevailed. He gave Edith his now ex-wife just 3 days to move out. She spent the 1st day packing her belongings into boxes crates and suitcases. On the 2nd day she had to movers come and collect her things. On the 3rd day she sat down for the last time at their beautiful dining room table by candlelight put on some soft background music and feasted on a pound of shrimp a jar of caviar and a bottle of Chardonnay. Please i need advice on this, post for me I am married with 2 kids , i met my husband when he had nothing , we dated for 5 years and we are married for 6 years now, we suffered to the extent of begging food from family members and neighbors . All this long, he pretended to be a good man and that was why i married him Fast forward, 2 years after, i had a job which was paying very good , i took loan to buy him car to use as Uber here in Accra, he became financially stable after 1 year driving the uber. One of the most agonizing execution methods in human history , flaying was likely first practiced by the ancient Assyrians of Mesopotamia. Not only did they skin their prisoners of war alive, but they also took strides to make their victims' deaths as painful as possible. Assyrian executioners often started with the victim's buttocks or thighs, using sharp blades to pull the skin off in clean strips so that they could later hang them on the city walls.  This practice later continued on a massive scale during the Ming Dynasty in China between 1368 and 1644 C.E. The cruel Emperor Taizu reportedly slaughtered some 40,000 people just for criticizing him. Then, he followed the Assyrian model of flaying them and hanging their skins from the wall. And unfortunately, this was far from the last time this brutal execution method would be used.
